Ingredient:
4 chicken breast, cubed
2 TB soy sauce
2 TB cooking wine
1 TB sesame seed oil
2 tsp. sugar
3 TB cornstarch
6 TB flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
vegetable oil for cooking
Elements in SAUCE:
Honey 2 TB
2 TB oyster sauce
2 TB sweet chili sauce
4 TB ketchup
4 TB soy sauce
1/2 cup water
sesame seeds, toasted
method:
1) Cut the chicken breast into bite size form (cubed or grouped lengthwise).
2) Mix the soy sauce, wine, sesame oil and sugar in a container or ziploc put the chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours. After 2 hours, filter.
3) Heat oil in pan.
4) Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag or container / Tupperware. Roll the chicken or shake in a Ziploc or Tupperware lid. Tap the excess starch in chicken. I fried Let us be until golden brown.
5) For the sauce: Mix honey, oyster sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and water in a medium sauce pan. Boil until thickened
6) Pour the sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
