I cooked this dish for dinner tonight.It was really very yummy! My fave steak!

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo of round beef sirloin or tenderloin, sliced 1/4 inch thick
5 tbs of lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic, minced
2-3 large white onions, cut into rings
3 tbs cooking oil

Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix lemon juice and soy sauce. Add beef and ground black pepper. Mix well and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
Heat a wok. Add oil and lightly fry the onion rings. Remove from wok and drain on paper towels.
Reheat oil and pan-fry the beef slices in batches, removing them as they brown. When the beef has been cooked, pour the marinade into the wok and boil for 2 minutes.
Arrange beef slices on a serving plate. Add the stir-fried onion rings on top.
Pour the sauce over onions and beef.
Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy!
