4 Pcs Chicken cut into serving size (Thigh or Legs)Vegetable Oil for frying
Ingredients:
FLOUR MIX
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chilli
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
Procedure:
1, In a bowl, combine all Flour Mix ingredients.Set aside
2. In another bowl, combine Egg wash ingredients. Set aside
3. Dredge chicken in Flour Mix
4. Dip in Egg Wash
5. Dredge again in Flour Mix
6. Deep Fry Chicken until cooked.
